Most discovery calls run about 20-30 minutes, but we’ll take the time we need to answer your questions.

3. Is there any cost or obligation?

Nope. The discovery call is completely free, and there’s no commitment to work with us afterward.

4. What should I prepare before the call?

Nothing formal—just come ready to talk about your business, your goals, and any pain points you’re experiencing with email, SMS, or your CRM. If you have access to your current email metrics, that can be helpful but isn’t required.

5. Who will I be meeting with?

You’ll be meeting with Sara, our Founder and CEO, or a senior member of our team who can speak to your specific needs.

6. What size businesses do you typically work with?
