Founder Story
When we moved to the Seattle area from Europe in 2018, I had a one year old babe on my hip and was looking for work. Coming from a corporate background, the jobs I was drawn to weren't very flexible. I was told that I should probably readjust my expectations. If I wanted flexibility maybe try Medical Billing or Transcription?
Instead, I started freelancing as a CRM Consultant & Implementation Partner. I found that when small businesses were facing obstacles - whether they were marketing, sales, or operations related, a CRM could help. Why was that? When setting up a CRM, businesses are not just configuring software and building dashboards. They're also being forced to think through their customer experience. My clients were coming out the other end of CRM implementation projects with an insightful, powerful tool.
Fast forward a few years, and I've got three children now, have moved back to Europe, and we're a CRM-driven marketing agency with a global team.
We help growing brands understand their customers, and build relationships with them through Email & SMS.
I find it deeply rewarding to have served over 100+ clients across the US for the past 7+ years and to be a trusted partner in their growth. I'm so glad I didn't compromise.
