About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Account Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, virtual environment and takes pride in turning ideas into action.
You’ll support marketing execution by coordinating deliverables, managing timelines, tracking performance, and ensuring marketing initiatives are delivered on goal and on schedule. Key Responsibilities
- Shadow or review client calls and translate discussions into actionable project tasks and up-to-date marketing calendars.
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and task assignments in ClickUp to keep projects running smoothly.
- Gather assets, create briefs, and ensure the team has what they need to deliver high-quality work on time.
- Serve as the internal point of contact for status updates, alignment calls, and project tracking.
- Draft campaign briefs for content deliverables such as social media posts, email campaigns, blogs, and landing pages.
- Conduct quality assurance (QA) reviews on final content to ensure alignment with briefs and expectations.
- Support performance reporting by reviewing monthly results, identifying wins and key learnings, and helping prepare client updates.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date marketing plans, shared drives, and client folders with proper permissions.
- Communicate regularly with the internal team via Slack—flagging blockers early, sharing updates, and celebrating wins.
Skills & Experience
- 2+ years in marketing coordination, account coordination, or project management.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing processes and workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to summarize meetings into clear action steps.
- Proactive, organized, and solutions-oriented—you see what’s missing and take initiative to fill in gaps.
- Comfortable supporting multiple clients and switching contexts quickly.
- Confident driving tasks from idea to completion and anticipating potential blockers.
- Highly attentive to detail, reliable with deadlines, and skilled at follow-through.
- Collaborative and calm under pressure—able to keep projects (and people) on track with professionalism and kindness.
- Experience working in a remote, virtual team environment.

Nice to have: HubSpot, Klaviyo, Omnisend, Sked Social, Canva, AgencyAnalytics, ChatGPT
Compensation & Schedule
- Compensation: DOE
- Trial Period: We’ll start with a paid trial (10 hrs/week) before moving to a full schedule (30-40hrs/week)
- Availability: Must have flexibility to overlap daily with Central European Time (CET) and weekly with PST (Pacific Standard Time) morning
