Our data-driven marketing agency is growing and this is an exciting time to join our expanding team of freelancers. We are looking for a Graphic Designer to design engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media for our agency and our small business clients. We need your creative eye to bring brands and campaigns to life. You’ll be asked to conceptualize visuals based on brand and project requirements, create designs and layouts using design software for presentation, test graphics across various media, and bring new ideas to the table. You will be responsible for designing email (drag and drop), brochures, flyers, banners, social media content, and other marketing collateral that help promote the company’s products or services.

As an agency, we pride ourselves on delivering quality results for a broad range of small businesses. Quality matters, results matter, and a positive virtual team setting matters. There is room for flexibility in the schedule as we don’t often have synchronous events. However, some working time should be during business PT hours, as our clients are all US based and much of the doing happens during their office hours.

  • 2 or more years of graphic design experience
  • Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
  • Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles
  • Proficiency in Adobe software, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Proficiency using Canva
  • Typography knowledge
  • Multimedia content development experience
  • Creativity and originality
  • Fluency of ideas

  • Adaptability, flexibility
  • Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with team members or clients on a wide range of materials that may include email campaigns, social media content, logo and branding (new brands and updates to existing brands), brand guidelines, web pages, presentations, collateral, and other marketing materials
  • Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity
  • Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout to achieve desired results
  • Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials, based on best practices for using a content management system
  • Communicate effectively with Agency team members on assigned projects
  • Form collaborative relationship with other Agency graphic designers
